Park Inn Suites by Radisson is a 86,000sqft 66 room Hotel.

The Hotel has a special structural design.

It has two basements for MEP services, with upper floors for ample parking, lavish lobby, comfortable restaurant, separate café and elegant banquet

The raft foundation, 9m deep designed with upstand beams. The foundation doubles up as underground tanks that take care of Rainwater harvesting, STP recycling, fresh water storage. During construction, the raft tanks were filled with water. This helps both during and after construction. It counteracted the upward thrust of ground water. Forming an economical, efficient, safe structural system.
The upper floor slabs designed as “flat Slabs”, help achieve higher number of floors and rooms. This directly helps improve efficiency in the number of rooms for the operator.
Further, to mitigate heat gain on the building, it was decided to use Autoclave Light Weight building blocks.

The design and build of this hotel, creates a comfortable and elegant hotel, it reflets Zarine Jamshedji Architect’s dedication to Energy Sustainability.
