An Industrial Campus planed over 35 Acres of Land.

Keeping in mind sensitivity toward the environment, the entire complex will be designed to be Environmental certification.
The administrative offices will be designed to meet net zero requirements.
Roof and surface run off rainwater will be harvested for re use. Waste water recycled for flushing.
Non reflective Solar panels on the roof will generate up to 4.5MW of power.
Other systems under evaluation for its merits, are using geothermal for Air-conditioning, this helps
eliminate the make-up water and reduce power demand by 45% for air conditioning. Combination of
Decarbonized cooling with off grid solar (De carbonized electricity).

RISE tested, NFPA compliant Low Pressure Water Mist System (LPWMS) is under consideration for
the fire protection. The Low-pressure system saves water and eliminates the harmful
environmental hazards of foam based firefighting systems.
